Getting started
How long is the free trial?
Every new company gets a 7-day free trial with full access to every feature. No credit card needed and no usage caps during the trial. Writes are read-only after the trial ends until you upgrade.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Engagement Verse is a hosted web app — sign up, pick a therapeutic area, and your workspace is provisioned in seconds with master data pre-seeded.
Can I import HCPs from a CSV?
Yes. The HCP Profiles page has a built-in CSV import wizard with a four-step flow (download template → upload → map fields → preview & confirm). It also supports HubSpot import out of the box.
AI features
How does the AI assistant generate emails?
You describe the email goal in plain English (drug, audience, tone). The AI produces a subject line, preview text, dynamic-field-rich HTML, and the variables it detected — all editable before you save.
Does the AI hallucinate clinical claims?
The system prompt instructs the model to defer to the official label / ISI on safety questions and to avoid promotional claims outside approved labelling. Every voice template can also be bound to a Responsible-AI compliance config (rules, disallowed phrases, required disclosures) that the agent enforces at call time.
Can I generate voice scripts the same way?
Yes. The voice-template editor has an "AI assistant" mode that produces a script, recommends a voice profile, and surfaces compliance notes you should review before launch.
Compliance & governance
Is my data isolated from other companies?
Yes. Tenant scoping is enforced at the database level via SQLAlchemy session filters, plus a NOT NULL company_id column on every domain table. Cross-company reads are rejected even if a UUID leaks.
Do you keep an audit trail of script changes?
Yes. Every voice and email template carries a "created_with" mode (AI / Builder / Plain), the AI brief that produced it, and timestamps for every edit. Compliance audit logs persist for the lifetime of the workspace.
How do you handle DNC / opt-outs?
Every outbound call checks the company's do-not-contact list before dialling. DNC entries can be company-wide or per-product, and they're respected by both campaign-driven and manual calls.
Workspaces & teams
Can I run multiple drugs in one workspace?
Yes — that's the multi-product model. Each product is its own workspace with isolated leads, campaigns, segments, master data, and audit trail. Switch products from the sidebar dropdown.
How many teammates can I invite?
Trial accounts have unlimited seats. Team invites + role-based access (Company Admin, Company User, MSL Lead, Medical Affairs) are part of the platform.

How much does it cost after the trial?
Pricing is currently sales-led — reach out to sales@engagementverse.example.com to discuss seats, call volume, and AI usage tiers. The trial gives you the full feature set so you can size correctly.
What happens when my trial expires?
Your data stays intact and remains readable. Writes are blocked with a clear "trial expired" banner until you upgrade. No data is ever deleted automatically.
