Terms of Service

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

2. Free trial

Each new company account includes a 7-day free trial. Read access is retained after the trial ends; write operations are paused until you upgrade. We do not auto-charge any payment method during the trial.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to send unsolicited messages or to contact recipients who have opted out;
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringes intellectual-property rights, or violates pharmaceutical regulatory requirements applicable to your jurisdiction;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service;
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service.

4. Compliance with regulations

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service — including the content of voice scripts, email templates, and outbound contact decisions — complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to FDA promotional rules, HIPAA, GDPR, and the TCPA / equivalent telephone-marketing regulations in your jurisdiction. The compliance tooling we provide is an aid, not a guarantee.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service. You retain all rights in your data and content. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely as needed to operate the Service.

6. AI-generated content

Voice and email drafts produced by the AI assistant are tools. You are responsible for reviewing and approving every output before it is sent to or used in communication with a healthcare professional.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security or compliance risk. Upon termination we provide a 30-day window for data export.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email and via an in-app banner at least 30 days before they take effect.
